Halloween

HALLOWEEN
I love living in a small town.
Wilmore has the coolest Halloween tradition.
"Treats on Main"
The city closes main street and the businesses
hand out candy, plus there are small games set up for kids to play!
 It is truly a BLAST!

These sweet girls have been Madison's best buds since she was a little girl, and on Saturday
we will have to say good bye Sweet Emma as she and her family move. The girls have been
getting together for treats on main since they were 1! It has been a fun tradition!
We love the V family and will miss them !

THE HOT MOMS!

The three of us have been friends for years and we have always been there for another.
We have been through  multiple pregnancies, birthdays and many more with each other, and to say good bye to a good friend is not easy. Alison you will be missed but I know God has great plans for you.
Thank you for always being a GREAT friend to me and thank you for loving on my family. You have made an impact in our lives and you will be missed.  Love you sister.

Loving my life

It's not everyday we get paid to what we love, but I DO!! I have the amazing privilege of coaching girls soccer at West High school. This season has come and gone in the blink of an eye. I feel as though it was just July and pre-season two a days were starting and now we are in the middle of play-offs!

It has been an amazing adventure there are four seniors two of them I have coached since they were in Seventh grade and the other two I have coached since they were freshman in high school. It has been a delight to watch them be stretched in their faith and mature over the years. They are beautiful young women inside and out.

This season has been a trying year for me, but I am very thankful for every girl on the team. They make coaching a wonderful treat. When I am stressed out and at my wits end I can escape to soccer and be surrounded by wonderful young women who have a passion for life and soccer. (And can me laugh)

Ladies Thank you for everything, I love you all and I am very blessed to have been able to coach you.

Lets finish the season with a STATE TITLE!!!

I have missed this....

Oh my goodness I can not believe how long it's been since I have written. We have not had Internet for months!!! Talk about going crazy! Let me get everyone up to speed. Madison started pre-school and is LOVING it! Titus found a great friend at the sitters house. School for me is chugging along and my practicum is amazing! I have so many fun things to share... No I just need to play catch up. Lots of fun projects coming!

CaLiFoRnIa = a GOOD time

California is a trip I long for all year. My family is still there and some of my closest friends too. We had the great pleasure of being able to stay for two weeks! It was jammed packed with fun, with lots of trips to the beach, Disneyland, soccer games and TONS of family time!

Disneyland was blast and again I found myself watching my kids. Going to disneyland for me is all about watching Madison and Titus. they way their eyes light up when they see the Disney Jr show. Or when Tinkerbell flies over the castle. I loved it!

We took the kids to the Irvine Park and they were able to feed the ducks and see some really cool animals that are indigenous to Southern California!

Its been a Crazy Wild Summer (Madi's Birthday)

Wow! It's been so long since and I have so much to talk about. I guess I will just give highlights.
My sweet baby girl turned 4 in June, and for her birthday we took her to the zoo. The kids had a blast! As a mom one of the best things in life is watching your kids enjoy life and have new experiences.

Re-Vamped Garden

So today Nate and I got a wild hair....and with wild
hair came LOTS of sweat and hard work!

Before we had the fence put in we lined this side of the patio
with small shrubs, now that we have a fence we agreed it was time to move the them.
So we re-planted them along the fence line. (You can see it behind the wheel barrow)

The fence is a treasure we found at a Louisville Peddlers Mall! I love it
And I love the fountain in front of it. It hides the hose and crawl space really well.

Which Way ??

Since Nate and I re-vamped our garden I thought it a
BRILLIANT idea to create a sign that
showed the distances to our favorite places.
Our favorite places include:
Newport Beach (which is where I was born)
Rome (my family is from Italy, and the ONE place we really want to take out kids!)
Honolulu (our honeymoon)
Deltona (where Nate grew up)
